This is one of my favorite weddings in historic Saint Augustine. It was so hard to narrow it down to just a few. Photographs were a top priority to this couple which made it a lot of fun for me.
The was an outdoor wedding by a pond. It poured during the ceremony but misty effect made for some very pretty photos. I've heard it say that rain was a lucky sign for a wedding. This couple should be very happy.
This was a beautiful southern style Virgina wedding on a gorgeous sunny day. I had never been there before so I was more than excited for the opportunity to travel there.
This was a composite of a reception shot and the beautiful plantation resort where they stayed. By the time we got back to the resort the sun had gone down so I took location shots the next day and pasted the couple in them.
This was a wedding on the IU campus and even though it was raining the old limestone building and dogwoods made for some very scenic shoots. If at all possible it is a nice experience for the bride and groom to get away for a few individual shots between the ceremony and reception so they can focus on each other for a moment. This can be facilitated by serving appetizers at the reception or by taking all the group shots before the wedding. We can arrange for the moment the groom first sees the bride to be just as special before the ceremony.
